WIN Mentorship empowers pre-teen boys by helping them identify their personal definition of success and teaching them how to achieve it. We focus on accountability, the importance of education, and life skills like goal setting, time management, and decision-making. Through weekly in-school mentoring sessions and structured exposure outings, we intentionally model positive behaviors and provide real-world examples of what success can look like.
